“ I have never bought a Subaru or been to a Subaru dealer before my visit in late March 2025, but I went to Heritage Subaru to buy a Subaru Forester Limited for one of my parents and it was one of the best buying experience that I had in my life. Alexis, the car saleswoman, was very kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to all of the questions that we had. She went through technical aspect of the car with my parent and never felt like we were being rushed during the whole sales process. We had a very immersive test drive being able to test literally every single features in the car. Even though it was very busy day for the dealer that day, Alexis took her time to provide all of the attention and made it very personalized experience, which was very different from prior car buying experiences that I had in the past. We also traded a vehicle and James (who is the best by the way) provided a very good deal for the vehicle we traded the same day. While it was tough negotiation, they tried to provide the best deal possible and felt feeling happy when we left the dealer - which I don't think is an experience I ever felt when I bought a car in the past. Overall, it was a very pleasant and great experience buying a Subaru from Heritage Subaru. Highly recommend going to them for a great deal and superb service. I would even come from out of state to come back to visit them again to buy a Subaru in the future. ”
